Pricing Information
In accordance with the requirements set out by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA), we are
committed to providing clear and transparent information about our fees to help clients make
informed decisions.
The information provided below is intended as a general guide. However, each legal matter isunique, and we will provide you with a personalised quote following an initial assessment of yourcase and upon issuing our Client Care Letter and Terms of Business.
Please note that all fees are subject to review as your matter progresses, particularly where there
are changes in complexity, scope, or unforeseen developments.
Our Approach to Fees

Where possible, we will provide fixed fees for defined pieces of work, hourly rates where the scope
of work cannot be determined in advance, and clear estimates and updates throughout your case.
Hourly Rates
Our fees are typically calculated based on the time spent dealing with your matter. The hourly rate
depends on the experience and seniority of the legal professional handling your case.
- Solicitors (8+ years’ experience): £600 per hour
- Solicitors (4+ years’ experience): £400 per hour
- Solicitors / Fee Earners (other experience levels): £200 per hour
- Trainee Solicitors / Paralegals: £100 per hour
All rates are exclusive of VAT, which will be charged at the applicable rate.
Consultation Fees
We offer an initial consultation to help you understand your legal position and available options.
Free Initial Consultation
- Available for private Immigration and Family matters
- Duration: up to 30 minutes
During this consultation, you will receive: – An overview of your legal position – Preliminary legal
advice – Discussion of potential options and next steps.
This session is designed to help you decide how you wish to proceed, with no obligation to instruct us further.
What Our Fees Include:
- Taking your instructions and providing legal advice
- Reviewing and preparing documentation
- Correspondence and negotiation on your behalf
- Representation at hearings (where applicable)
- Ongoing case management and updates
Disbursements
Disbursements are costs related to your matter that are payable to third parties. These may include:
- Court fees
- Barrister’s fees
- Expert reports
- Translation services
We will always inform you in advance of any disbursements and obtain your approval before
incurring such costs.
Timescales
The time required to complete your matter will depend on its complexity and the specific
circumstances involved. We will provide an estimated timescale at the outset and keep you
informed of any changes as your case progresses
